Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Exchanges are available under the terms below, subject to applicable law.

Exchanges within 7 days
You may exchange your online purchase at your nearest Meena Bazaar US store within 7 calendar days of delivery. For store-pickup orders, the 7-day period starts when you collect your order. Please bring your order confirmation or receipt. Items presented for a voluntary exchange must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with original tags attached. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the replacement item.

Exchanges by shipping
Email custcare@meenabazaar.us within 7 calendar days of delivery or pickup to request a shipping exchange. Include your order number, the Article No. and the replacement you would like. Please wait for our instructions and the correct shipping address before sending your item.

For voluntary exchanges by shipping, you are responsible for both the cost of shipping the original item back to us and the cost of shipping the replacement to you. This applies even if your original order qualified for free shipping. We will confirm replacement availability, any price difference and shipping charges before proceeding. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or contains an incorrect item, contact custcare@meenabazaar.us promptly with your order number and details of the issue. Photos can help us assess the problem. We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. The voluntary-exchange shipping charges and 7-day exchange limit do not restrict your statutory rights.

Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law, including any required refund for an unfulfilled order.
