Shipping policy

Delivery area
We ship within the contiguous United States: the 48 adjoining states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or international destinations.

Shipping charges
Standard shipping is free on orders of $200 or more. For orders below $200, shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. The free-shipping threshold is based on merchandise value after discounts and before tax and shipping.

Fulfillment and delivery
Orders are fulfilled from our US stores according to stock availability and the delivery address. Your order may arrive in more than one shipment. Available shipping options, charges and any delivery estimates are shown at checkout. We will send shipment confirmation and tracking details when available. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

If we cannot ship within the stated shipping time, we will notify you and provide the delay or cancellation options required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will notify you and refund the unfulfilled item and applicable charges as required by law.

Store pickup
Choose an available pickup store at checkout. Please wait for a ready-for-pickup notification before visiting the store, and bring your order confirmation. Pickup availability depends on the stock available at the selected store. The exchange window starts on the date you collect your order.

Shipping exchanges
Customers pay both return and replacement shipping for voluntary exchanges, including orders that originally received free shipping. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for the process.
