Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from Meena Bazaar Inc through meenabazaar.us.

Products, prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and any delivery charges are shown at checkout. Select the correct colour and size, where applicable, before ordering. The Article No. identifies the style; individual inventory items can have different internal SKUs or barcodes.

Availability can change as items sell in our stores and online. If a stock, pricing or product-information error affects your order, we will contact you. If we cannot supply a paid item, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for that item and any associated delivery charge that is no longer applicable.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown in Shopify checkout. Do not send card details by email. An order receipt records your purchase; shipping or pickup updates confirm when the order is dispatched or ready to collect.

Delivery

We deliver to the contiguous United States only: the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders of $200 and above. Delivery charges for orders below $200, and optional paid carrier services, are shown at checkout.

US-stock orders dispatch within two calendar days. When an India-supplied option is offered, its shipping origin is stated: dispatch is within two calendar days, with delivery usually taking 7–10 days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If we cannot dispatch within the stated time, we will notify you of the delay and provide the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

Store pickup

Pickup is offered at eligible US stores when the selected item is available there. Wait for the ready-for-pickup notification before visiting. Store addresses and telephone numbers are listed on our US store page.

Final sale and exchanges

All sales are final. Exchanges are available at the nearest US store within seven days of delivery or pickup, subject to the conditions in our exchange and final-sale policy. For exchanges by shipping, the customer pays shipping in both directions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including rights concerning incorrect or defective goods.

Product presentation

Colours can appear different across screens. Styling jewellery, bags and other accessories shown with a garment are not included unless the product listing expressly says they are. Sarees are 5.4 metres and include an unstitched blouse piece unless a readymade blouse is expressly specified.

Your information and account

Provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Virtual try-on is currently marked Coming soon; customer photo uploads and generation are not available.
